this clip from the daily show, even though a few years old, is funny as hell. this clip shows ed helms interviewing ex-misfit's member michael graves pledging his love for W. we also get brendan kelly, of the lawrence arms, talking some shit about the 'politics of punk'. like most daily show clips helms clowns the shit out of everyone involved. my question is how political are punk bands these days? i mean maybe the underground scene is extremely outspoken, but i don't know if nofx or any other punk band that ends in X have strong convictions on the capital gains tax. but you never know i guess.
